Due to the nature of the work required and time Liam was able to communicate via call and message about an unfamiliar alarm system and solve the issue during a time of high stress. He was calm, patient and extremely pleasant to deal with. I cannot thank him enough for the level and speed of the work and for picking up the work and situation I’d been left with by a previous company. I would fully recommend and would opt to work with Liam myself again without a second thought. Even my neighbour was shocked how easy the resolution was explained to us
