The first clean went well. They arrived about 45 minutes later than they’d originally told me but the guy was very friendly and they both did a good job. We agreed to a fortnightly clean. 20 minutes before the second clean was due to take place, Paige messaged me to say that she had been sick so the clean was cancelled. For the next clean, I had to message twice asking if they were still planning to come. Paige eventually replied to say she was on holiday. So, they were going to just not show up without letting me know. Not great!

a really lovely pair, enthusiastic and very good communication. due to the size of the job, it took a little longer than expected however they were more than happy to come back and finish the job on another day with only a small price increase. unfortunately due to the volume of cleaning required, attention to detail in some areas could have been better and things were missed. that being said, id happily use them again and would recommend!

The guys worked so hard decluttering my mum's house, they made light of back breaking work and never stopped. 100% reliable, would highly recommend all done in a very caring and sensitive manner. Don't hesitate to book.
