I cannot praise this company enough. Ben was so helpful. I rang in the morning and he came out early afternoon. He made it so much better for us. Explained everything so we understood. They service our boiler yearly giving us peace of mind and are always there if we need help. Many thanks to you all.

From the initial meeting with Damon, who measured up and advised us through to installation, we were impressed with the experience. Carl, the lead installer and Louis, the apprentice were brilliant. Before starting work, they laid floor protection and cleaned up at the end of each day. Carl's knowledge and attention to detail made the job proceed without problems and resulted in an excellent installation.

Very thorough and careful assessment of the situation by Damian, plumber, which was followed by an apparently successful repair of the leak. Any mess was cleared up, the source of the leak was explained and we would be confident to use Durham’s again for any future plumbing work. Many thanks to all involved.
