I am very pleased with my new ensuite shower room. Josh and Jake were very reassuring whilst they were at my home and were very clean and tidy workers. I can definitely recommend Durham Gas Services Ltd as a company.

From the initial meeting with Damon, who measured up and advised us through to installation, we were impressed with the experience. Carl, the lead installer and Louis, the apprentice were brilliant. Before starting work, they laid floor protection and cleaned up at the end of each day. Carl's knowledge and attention to detail made the job proceed without problems and resulted in an excellent installation.

Very thorough and careful assessment of the situation by Damian, plumber, which was followed by an apparently successful repair of the leak. Any mess was cleared up, the source of the leak was explained and we would be confident to use Durham’s again for any future plumbing work. Many thanks to all involved.

The turned up on time ,made sure at every stage they spoke to me or my wife At the end of work they tidied up , hoovered the floor and the stairs and asked if their was anything else Standard of workmanship and finish was excellent

Blown away by the job these guys have done. Came on time kept in touch great polite guys explained to me what they were doing and did an awesome job thoroughly recommend this firm.

Ben came out and looked at our old boiler and talked through with us what he recommended. We got a very reasonable quote and got the work completed very quickly. Owen came out on the Monday with his apprentice Josh. And Tuesday he came along with Leo. Didn't get the name of the electrician or the roofer who sorted the flu but they were very good at their jobs. Altogether they did an amazing job. We highly satisfied with their work and a big thanks to Owen and Josh making sure we were warm before they went home as snow was forecast. Highly recommend these guys.
