Mr Dugard (I never got his first name) did a fantastic job. The unit needed servicing and was leaking water. He arranged to get the part and was back very quickly to fit and service the boiler. He was very friendly and communicative.

He is reliable, professional, fairly priced, cares about the customer's experience and is very respectful in our home.
