Nathan came to look at our boiler and the boiler had died. Although our landlord chose their own plumber, Nathan arrived on time, was really friendly and as we are shortly going to buy the house, I will definately contact again. Having someone come round at such short notice, give a detailed explanation to us without jargon and just reassured us - would absolutely recommend. Nathan was very quick to respond to our enquiry and arranged a visit to reveiw the issues. The work then was arranged and completed very timely. Communication received was very good. Nathan was very professional and genuine. 100% recommend their services.

Booked a time, I was able to get something within the week. He did all the checks and made some adjustments to make the boiler more economical. Sent over the certificate and hour later with the bill. Very straight forward and efficient. They were also priced lower than most of them charging around £110 range which this was a lot lower.

After our boiler broke Nathan was quick to come out and replace it. He was friendly & kept me updated throughout the whole process. No mess left at all, would highly recommend.
