I had a replacement door installed in March 2023. In November 2023 the door already began coming off the hinges. I contacted DTW to explain the problem and the response given was that a chargeable repair would be provided due to "wear and tear". There are doors in the world which are hundreds of years old and do not simply break off their hinges after just 6 months. I would have thought that door hanging would be easiest jobs for a carpenter. I will not use again.

I would highly recommend using this company as the carpenter carried out the job and to a very high standard, very professional, very polite and friendly and the job he did is was carried out to a high quality finish. I would highly recommend this company
