  Kept up to date with arrival time, which was spot on. Did a good job and left it clean and tidy. Very impressed and would recommend .

  This was my first time using Checkatrade He parked on my drive without permission. So when I came back, I was unable to park on my own drive He cut the wood on my drive and left most of the sawdust behind He probably did a couple hours work repairing two doors and taking a strip of wood off a third door and painting the bit that he had exposed which would be one line of wood maybe two brush strokes To me, this would be around 200 quid, and he charged me 455 He was supposed to come back to me regarding replacing my front door for me and I never heard from him again.

  Two doors fitted

  Great work carried out by Doug. Tricky size doors which Doug sourced and gave options of choices. Invaluable advice. Work carried out to very high standard. Really happy with the result. Will Definitely be using again for any other carpentry work in the future. 10/10.

  DR carpentry took my hand made bench away to replace the wood because it had rotted away and needed to be replaced. It meant so much to me because it was made in memory of my late parents. As I've had three strokes I couldn't do it myself. I provided some walnut wood. He was polite and was a quality craftsman who did above and beyond I could ever wish for ! He understood I had a limited budget which is rare to find . I am so pleased with the workmanship and quality . I can't praise him enough and would recommend him for any quality work.
