Did a decent job when it was the owner, awful job when he sent someone else. A bit slap dash with the frames (not always done) and did not always remember a window that he specifically said he could reach when initially asked to give a quote. Stopped coming in November 2023 without any warning and will not answer messages asking whether this is a temporary and permanent state of affairs. Hence the 0 rating for reliability and courtesy.

Dan from DS Services has been cleaning our windows now for 6 years. We always recieve a text message the day before the clean is due, never had any issues and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with my first window clean by Dan from DS Services. Booking was easy online, although I couldn't attach more than one photo. However, Dan contacted me by email at this point and gave me more information. He came at the arranged time and completed the clean quickly and efficiently.
