Dan came out the same as job was posted. Carried out inspection, gave us a great price and the work was planned the day after. Flynn was the heating engineer who attended. Really nice lad who was professional and knew his stuff. Work carried out swiftly to swap out and replace the boiler. The house was left clean and tidy. Well done to all. Highly recommend this company.

Contacted very quickly after posting job. Needed a new system quickly after a house move due to broken boiler. Dan got Owen to come round the next day and priced job up. Explained how I wanted pipes running to avoid any damage to a new kitchen and that wasn’t an issue. Got a decent price and installation started the next day and was completed in 2 days as promised. Now here’s the good bit! Turned up on time, grafted all day, cleaned up, took mess away and when an issue was raised with broken TRV’s heads Dan attended and swapped them FOC. Excellent service that I would highly recommend

After posting the job this Firm immediately contacted us, made an appointment for a couple of days time at a reasonable price. Arrived on time, very friendly and courteous and the job was done in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend.

DSM are a fantastic team. They cover all needs for Heating and would not consider having anyone else in due to the high standards DSM have set.
