Brilliant service, arrived within the hour to fix a leak under the bath at my elderly parents home. Very friendly and fixed the pipes in quick time. Will definitely use again for any future work. 10/10 Thank you.

DSM services provided an efficient service, they came on time to fix a massive leak in our bathroom. Extremely professional and managed to get the job done in minutes, at an amazing price. Would highly recommend!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely rip off. Charged £607 for effectively 10 mins (some tape to put the overflow back in place) and using a plunger

Called out as boiler was not working. Engineer wrote the boiler off as soon as he walked in. He moves onto the cylinder and starts to mess about with the electrical wire, claims to fix it and tells me that hot water will be up and running in an hour. He switches off the boiler and leaves. Hours later I complain as still no hot water. I am now faced with a rude and aggressive person on whatsap, presumably the owner who is not interested in hearing my complaint. Called out a new engineer who tells me one of the rads had a leak and pressure had dropped, boiler is now working! Stay clear......

Very impressed with DSM. I was replacing four old panel radiators with new column radiators in my flat, which required the pipework to be adjusted beneath the floorboards to accommodate the new, smaller rads. Shab and Dren are very hard workers, completing the work over two half days and allowing me time in between to paint behind. A fair quote which didn’t change throughout the project either, I’d highly recommend.
