  A job well done.

  An excellent experience with DS Marsh. Steve sorted the problem out with no fuss and communicated the what, why and how really clearly. After the job was done and he'd left for another one, I had a query and Steve took time to answer and fuly explain.

  I put a job on checkatrade as I needed my gas cooker and washing machine disconnecting. Shortly after posting the job I was contacted by Steve with a fair quote for the job. On the date agreed for him to come to do the job, he contacted me an hour before to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he got here he got on with the job, he was friendly, helpful and he took the time to explain what he was doing, as well as trying to put me at ease about the dirt that had accumulated behind my cooker. Would definitely use this company again and recommend Steve to friends and family.

  Booked a boiler service at 1730 rushed home from and the tradesman never even bothered to show up nor try to get in contact to at least notify me.

  Felt immediately at ease with Steve and knew he was the person I could trust with my job. Steve gave me all options on how to proceed as there was a few, and sound advice for my situation. Parts were sourced super fast and Steve also sourced a new shower for me. All stress was removed as I knew Steve was completely in control. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you so much!
