Responded very quickly to my posting, gave me a price on the phone, agreed to come out the next morning, arrived exactly on time, removed my lock barrel, explained the problem, refitted with a far better one. Polite, thorough, did exactly what I asked, can’t beat that!! Thoroughly recommended.

DS Locks arrived within an hour for a weekend call out following a very helpful telephone discussion and gave transparent pricing brackets depending on the issues found. Very helpful, resolved the issue quickly which included replacement parts, hinge realignment and mechanism greasing. Excellent communication throughout and offered advice on how to prevent the issue from recurring. Very satisfied with the service received and highly recommend DS Locks.
