David responded to my Checkatrade inquiry within a. Couple of hours of it being sent and arrived at my property later that day. He identified where the wasps were entering the house, just below the roofline and explained the process and what would happen. After he completed the work he asked me to keep an eye on the identified area of the house and that if wasps still appeared to be active, to let him know and he would return and repeat the process. He made it clear that if any repeat was needed it would be counted as the same "job". The wasps disappeared and no follow up was needed.

David contacted me a short time after requesting help with a wasp nest, he gave me a very reasonable quote and arrived a few hours later to deal with the problem. Knew exactley what he was doing and promised to call back free of charge if they weren't all gone in next few days. A return wasn't needed, job well done. I would have no hesitation recommending him.
