  Went The Extra Mile

  Dean confirmed our appointment 3 days before with a time slot; on the day of the appointment he gave us 30 minutes pre advice of his actual arrival. And his work & attention to detail was absolutely first class. Our walls are old with a cavity, but this was no problem, Dean made doubly-sure the TV & Soundbar were securely fitted. Really went the extra mile. No mess, tidied up perfectly. Polite and friendly too.

  Find the faulty item TV, RECORDER or AERIAL and then replace that faulty item.

  The technician was very swift and knowledgable. Once he located the fault he drove over 15 miles to find a new part [Recorder] and then replaced the faulty item. He was polite and friendly . Despite the extra time taken to get a new part, he still kept to his quoted price. Thoroughly recommend him and would certainly use him again if/when required.

  Dean attended at the pre-arranged date and carried out the job efficiently and cheerfully. Left me with a re-tuned working tv.

  Ariel repair and booster installation

  Reliable, super polite and friendly and extremely efficient, I cannot recommend Dean highly enough. My ariel had blown down in a storm and needed to be fixed. Dean was quick to sort the issue and replace the booster. He absolutely knows what he’s doing.

  I think this is the fourth time I have had DS Installations to do some work for me. Not only is he very courteous, he is so knowledgeable. You cannot fault him. ou cannot fault him.
