Excellent would hire again

Dean at DSBUK Ltd provided several quotes as we decided where to place the floor mounted unit in the conservatory. He arrived on time on the agreed date and installed a unit in the Conservatory and one in the Bedroom. The work was carried out efficiently with no fuss and with no mess, Dean cleaning up once the installation was complete. I would recommend Dean as he supplied competitive quotes, turned up on the agreed day and did a superb installation.

Great service, not only was his pricing competitive, Dean worked around us for timing. I understand that the job would normally have taken two days, however Dean completed the work in one long day which meant that our offices were only unavailable for the day. Tools and equipment were laid out in a reassuringly organised manner throughout his work and the site was left cleaner than when he arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Such a lovely guy – friendly, professional, and really easy to deal with. He was incredibly tidy throughout the whole installation, leaving everything spotless afterwards. The aircon unit itself is fantastic quality and works perfectly, you can tell he takes real pride in the products he installs and the work he does. The whole job was completed to a really high standard. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more. If you’re thinking about getting aircon fitted, he’s your guy!

Dean contacted me regards the job posted, and was polite and professional, he then sent over a quote for the work. He turned up on the day and was friendly and professional, politely asking to use facilities etc. He worked a longer first day, so that he wouldn't need to return the next day to finish, which is something that really helped. He thoroughly explained the Air Con units that had been installed, and is happy and willing to be contacted if there is any problem with them. Tidied up and left no mess. Extremely good service and would absolutely recommend
