Dave did an excellent job of our wall repair. He was extremely responsive, quickly sending out a quote and making time to complete the job within a short timeframe. This is our 4th structural work we're having done on our home in 5 years and although the other 3 builders were very good Dave is altogether on another level of excellence, from his initial site visit he put us in touch with the right people to get the necessary permissions and has not only kept us updated on expectations to begin the work but managed to start a week earlier. The demolishing of the existing extension and the foundations for the new extension have been very fast and stress free and Dave is meticulous around safety ensuring barriers are in place and work is carried out safely.

Built extension and removed internal wall.All work carried out efficiently. Always here early and on time. Kept informed on a daily basis of progress.Took time to match brickwork and made suggestions of material to use and came up with ideas on improving layout of rooms. Project managed and organised trades,reduced the strain and kept the project moving I have used D.S Buildings previously and I would definitely use again.

Front garden had to be removed which included brickwork, shrubs and soil. This had to be made flat and ready for tarmac to be laid. Brickwork added to match brickwork already there. This was the second parking area done by the builder. Very hard worker and very reliable and good value for money. Would thoroughly recommend this builder.
