Single mum with two daughter s and had no hot water coming out of the shower. After being let down for two days by another company in the area I contacted DBS. Sinead was great and kept me updated. Dan arrived within a couple of hours and replaced the shower bar and everything is working as it should 🤩. Prices reasonable.

I have a rented property and my tene at reported that the boiler had gone out and would not restart. I called DSB and they were able to get an engineer there later in the day. He was not able to resolve it but was able to diagnose the issue and returned later with the replacement part. We haven’t had an issue with the boiler since the repair.
