Excellent workmanship. Fair Price for the work.

I have a rented property and my tene at reported that the boiler had gone out and would not restart. I called DSB and they were able to get an engineer there later in the day. He was not able to resolve it but was able to diagnose the issue and returned later with the replacement part. We haven’t had an issue with the boiler since the repair.

DSB liaised directly with tenant to arrange a convenient time for the appointment. It was carried out quickly and with minimal disruption to the tenant. Invoice sent to me as requested. Job done, no hassle.

Very helpful and attentive engineers resolved a problem that at least three previous companies had failed to diagnose correctly or solve.

Prompt , efficient and friendly service. The engineer took time to explain the problem and how he ( Charlie) corrected it.

Was quoted and installed a brand new boiler. Turnaround time was excellent from quote to installation date - only a few weeks. Work was completed over 2 days and the professionalism of the team, and the quality of the work was amazing. We had a messy installation of a previous boiler, and they removed the old boiler and much of the old piping and replaced it with cleanly installed new piping. Was given instructions on how to use the new boiler, and given all the appropriate paperwork. Overall an amazing job
