I made contact with DS-Autos for a quote to have a hinge replaced on a door handle. Really quickly responded with a date and price. I responded and stated I would confirm the next day once the part required was received. The next day I messaged to confirm I had the part and that the date proposed was good with me. From then onwards I received no more responses at all not even to a message I sent just to say if you are not coming let me know as I didn’t want to wait around for someone who had no intention of turning up. Completely went radio silent.

Absolutely outstanding. Extremely quick and amazingly friendly. Knowledge, skills and experience is second to none. Even waited while I ran off to change the part I bought in error (my error). Genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough and I will definitely be passing his details on to friends and family.
