The company was ok. They undertook the work and treated what needed to be treated. I thought they would be able to remove the mushrooms themselves but maybe that isn’t possible. Overall I was satisfied with the work.

Dryseal were instructed by me as a landlord to provide a damp report and also repairs to mitigate damp in my rental property. From start to finish they managed to coordinate between my agent, tenant and myself ensuring all work was completed on time and to a high standard.

The gentleman came to survey our property for rising damp. He made a thorough investigation and concluded that we do not have any rising damp although we do have black mold. He explained to us what it was and how to deal with it. Throughout, he was courteous and shared his knowledge and expertise very generously. We learnt so much during his visit and we will use this knowledge to improve our living environment which will also be beneficial for our health.

I needed to get a damp survey for a house I am buying. The team at Dryseal were great. Julie went through all the options with me, worked with the agent to get access to the property and got the survey done within a couple of days. The report was through and arrived within 48 hours as promised. I had a couple of follow up queries which also got a quick and full reply. Very good service and helpful team, would very much recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! I could not recommend Dryseal Basements more. We bought a Victorian property with major damp issues all across the ground floor and it was evident damp proofing was necessary. Dryseal Basements did a thorough, careful and thoughtful survey and then carried out the work very professionally, neatly and to a high standard. Jamie and the team worked hard to keep the mess to a minimum and they even finished the job earlier than expected. We really appreciated their expert and invaluable advice, not just in terms of the damp, but also about Victorian homes more broadly. 5 star!
