They completed the work in the time they stated when quoting. They left the room in a reasonable state, we are awaiting our plumber to reconnect the radiator, and will be contacting our decoraters soon to paint the wall and fit new skirting board.

Dryscape were great at reaching out to organise a damp survey at a particular location in the conservatory and also carried out damp inspection at the rest of the property too for ease of mind. Dryscape also were able to find a slot earlier in the schedule as planned due to my desire to resolve the issue quickly. They completed the removal of mouldy plaster. Aired the external brickwork with a dehumidifier and replastered and provided a guarantee. Would recommend for those with issues with damp and mould control.

Installing new damp membrane (removing plaster, re plastering), installing new vents in all rooms, outside damp course work and new underfloor air vents. Throughout the work, they kept us up to date, removed work that they had previously quoted for and when work started found not to be required, honestly told us and amended price. Clean, efficient and worked ahead of timelines.
