We had an issue with mould in our corridor. I originally thought it was from the next door flat, but with James’ expertise and knowledge, we found it was coming from upstairs flat. He cleaned up the mould and told me the next steps in a clear and understandable way, especially for someone who doesn’t know much about plumbing. I contacted Dry logic service, and the contacted me in a timely manner. They were professional and answered any questions that were asked of them. Initially I thought I had an issue with dry rot, but it transpired that I had Woodworm. James treated this for me without any issues, any time I have contacted James even after the treatment he answered my queries. I would definitely recommend them.
