Excellent service from James. He was able to identify the cause of damp which had wrongly ‘diagnosed’ by other surveyors, costing me extreme amounts of money for solutions that did not work. Problem solved and although no issues have come back since I used James services, should I ever have a problem with damp again, I will be giving him a call!

I had bad mould growing on my bathroom ceiling, James came out, cleaned it all up for me and completed a full assessment including getting in my loft to explain the cause was missing insulation above. Since he came the mould has not come back and I’ve had the loft insulation installed too which has made a big difference. The report he produced following all this was very impressive too

Had a small area of damp coming through my wall, James came and explained how penetrating damp was happening due to my gutters overflowing. Had the gutters cleared and now it’s drying out. Well worth the money James I incredibly knowledgeable in his field and I got a sense of his passion for damp.
