We had an issue with mould in our corridor. I originally thought it was from the next door flat, but with James’ expertise and knowledge, we found it was coming from upstairs flat. He cleaned up the mould and told me the next steps in a clear and understandable way, especially for someone who doesn’t know much about plumbing. Overall a great service, and I’ll know who to go to in case I ever have any more issues again. Thanks again James!

I contacted Dry logic service, and the contacted me in a timely manner. They were professional and answered any questions that were asked of them. Initially I thought I had an issue with dry rot, but it transpired that I had Woodworm. James treated this for me without any issues, any time I have contacted James even after the treatment he answered my queries. I would definitely recommend them.

James was knowledgeable and provided a lot of good advice throughout the investigation. His explanations and remedial proposals were clear and he turned the report round very quickly.

We discovered a damp patch in the utility at the back of our house. Recently had insurance out and as they couldn't find a leak, we were advised it's not incurable. We had james over to survey and comment on this as we were unsure. James took the time to explain all his findings, was extremely patient with us lay persons and the report to follow contained all of what we spoke about so easy to reference too. Excellent service from James. He was able to identify the cause of damp which had wrongly ‘diagnosed’ by other surveyors, costing me extreme amounts of money for solutions that did not work. Problem solved and although no issues have come back since I used James services, should I ever have a problem with damp again, I will be giving him a call!

I had bad mould growing on my bathroom ceiling, James came out, cleaned it all up for me and completed a full assessment including getting in my loft to explain the cause was missing insulation above. Since he came the mould has not come back and I’ve had the loft insulation installed too which has made a big difference. The report he produced following all this was very impressive too
