  Joe is exactly as stated in all the other reviews - punctual, explained the work he was doing and fixed the issue (in this case a leaking toilet). Will be calling Joe again for any future work for sure.

  Was very happy with the service from Dr Taps - Joe turned up on time, was reasonably priced, and was honest and helpful in fixing a straightforward plumbing issue with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

  I needed to replace a gas hob in my kitchen, a job that was previously refused by the technicians of the two main UK appliances reseller in UK. Joe had no issues, he's very professional, competent and honest. I'll definitely recommend him and I will call him again.

  Repair of outside hose pipe piping that had burst in the cold weather

  Joe was absolutely fantastic. He arrived exactly when he said he was, he’s a lovely fellow, lives locally and exceeded expectations by being super fast. I would definitely be using him again, and recommending him for any plumbing and heat heating system related jobs. Again, an absolute pleasure to meet him and support a new local starter business.
