  Dexter is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He will always find the best solution to a problem. We live in an old house and he knows his way around the Victorian plumbing. I cannot recommend him highly enough

  Dexter listened to my ideas and provided a better solution for me. He genuinely takes the time to understand your needs. With his recommended solutions he reduced the cost and time for me. His eye is on the customer and not on simply making a profit. His workforce were clean, polite and friendly. Highly recommended

  Fixed leaking boiler

  Dexter was very friendly and understanding at our stress about our boiler leaking. He made the effort to come and see us within an hour of speaking with him (around 7pm) and was able to come back and deal with the problem within 48 hours. He was reassuring and did a good job. It was reasonably priced as well. We would definitely use DRN again and would recommend to others.
