dream home experts came out within 45 minutes on a Sunday morning. he checked the fuse box and all the sockets in the house to find out what causing the fuse box to trip and discovered it was an electrical fault with my washing machine that was causing it. He got the electricity back on and even gave me a number for a local appliance engineer who might be able to fix the washing machine for me. I would definitely use dream home experts again, they came out quickly, told me the cost up front, located the issue quickly and got everything working again. Great service.

Down lights installed in living room and kitchen. Plug sockets and light switches changed over to high-quality steel/chrome. Haitham was highly professional from start to finish with great communication throughout. Only used the highest quality products and have great advice when needed. Highly recommended!!

The engineer was friendly and extremely competent, he assessed the problem and found that we required a new froststat rather than an new isolator. He replaced the faulty froststat, explained what he had needed to do and tested everything before leaving. An extremely pleasant man.

Haitham responded extremely quickly with a quote and explanation of what he would be able to do, he was able to come the same day and diagnosed the issue quickly, he was able to source the new part needed and fit it all in the same day, all within 6 hours of my initial enquiry. He is very kind and friendly, and extremely efficient and thorough with his work. He was patient in explaining the issues, and upfront in what costs would be required, which were very fair.
