The engineer was friendly and extremely competent, he assessed the problem and found that we required a new froststat rather than an new isolator. He replaced the faulty froststat, explained what he had needed to do and tested everything before leaving. An extremely pleasant man.

Haitham responded extremely quickly with a quote and explanation of what he would be able to do, he was able to come the same day and diagnosed the issue quickly, he was able to source the new part needed and fit it all in the same day, all within 6 hours of my initial enquiry. He is very kind and friendly, and extremely efficient and thorough with his work. He was patient in explaining the issues, and upfront in what costs would be required, which were very fair. Mr H was prompt, professional and very experienced. His work was amazing and I will call him again. Amazing craftsmanship, and always happy to explain while he was performing work. I called him for changing all the dodgy switch boxes which I found in my new build and wire with smart switches. He changed it with deeper switch boxes to fit my smart switches with relays, almost 16 of them. He had to cut off the dodgy pieces of timber behind the boxes and rewire some of them to get neutrals.
