Rang on Sunday morning and was sorted by Sunday afternoon. Quick service and sorted the problem.

We have previous good experiences with this company. However this time we were let down badly. An appointment was missed and rearranged three times with numerous chasing calls and no apology. In the end we gave up and went elsewhere.

Excellent service and customer care was great. We had a blocked drain and was all sorted within a few hours.

Initially very helpful and knowledgeable. Carried out survey on a house we were buying to check septic tank was compliant, despite problems with bees nest! Confirmed verbally tank was ok, and we paid invoice immediately, however no report has ever been sent to us, despite many phone calls and emails. Apparently there was a problem emailing the report, so I gave him my previous address and he promised to post it that evening, but 2 weeks later and still no report, no emails, nothing.
