The work to upgrade my son’s bedroom wardrobe was completed to a good standard and we are happy with the final result. However, the installer showed scant regard for our carpets in both the bedroom and on the stairs, repeatedly walking on them without any protective shoe covering. This was disappointing. My son and I had to spend several hours to clean up the carpets later on. Reported this to the showroom. Not even a proper apology or feedback on action taken.
