James was excellent from start to finish. There was a small issue with the initial fitting but James had it sorted immediately and the quality of installation was excellent. The true mark of a professional is when something doesn’t go quite right and it is resolved with speed, efficient and good grace. From when James came to measure up for the quote, I felt confident. When Lewis the fitter arrived, he was polite and very professional. I am so happy with the workmanship and am delighted with my new refurbed kitchen. Right from when I walked into the shop in Tunbridge Wells I felt comfortable and inspired by the service. The gentleman who came to carry out the work could not have been more pleasant and friendly and never stopped working all day! The end result was just amazing and in fact better than I had hoped for, with no hiccups on the way and nothing at all not to be happy about. Finally have a lovely kitchen! I have just had new doors and worktops fitted, removal of old tiles and skimming of walls. The fitting was expertly done and my kitchen looks amazing.
