  The response below is simply not true. The work in question, was clearly included in our original signed contract. We paid in full for all materials and fitting. The delay was due to the required components not being ordered, which was acknowledged as an oversight by the Ayr store at the time and was why it was agreed that we would hold back a small proportion of the fees until the job was complete It’s important that inaccurate public statements are not allowed to stand uncorrected, particularly when they reflect poorly on the customer rather than acknowledging internal errors.

  Kitchen refresh

  We’re happy with the quality of our kitchen and the excellent workmanship by Steven. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication, missed appointments, and long delays completing the job. We were left chasing for months, with little accountability from the shop. The finished kitchen looks great, but the process was frustrating and stressful.

  Hi Chris thanks for your feedback. The work which took longer to complete was additional to what was in your original contract. The additional items had to be ordered in as they are all made to measure and this was then fitted & supplied free of charge.

  New cabinet doors and drawers.

  Wow, what a complete pleasure to have our kitchen cabinets renewed and appliances replaced by Dream Doors, Prestwick. What a transformation. From start to finish, outstanding. Everything done to perfection and on time. We would recommend this family business to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Second to None.

  Arrived exactly when they said. Jamie and the team worked hard and finished the job earlier than expected. Clean, tidy workers who were friendly and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend this company

  New worktops sink and tap

  We got new worktops, upstand sink and tap fitted by dream doors. The fitter Stephen was super friendly and cleaned up after himself. The showroom helped me by visiting my home with sample worktops so I could match to my existing doors. Hassle free and would recommend highly.
