Reliable, Transparent, Respectful. I would highly recommend Dr. Drop to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber. I am very happy with this service. Dr. Drop came out to assess the situation within a few hours with no call out fee. A very nice man, very respectful, easy to speak to and interact with. He explained what the problem was and what was needed to resolve the problem. I agreed a fee for the work that was required prior to him starting the work. He took his time to make sure the work was completed properly, without rushing, which goes to show his dedication to his work.

I have given task but not completed. He left work. I was not happy about his work. Simple work to do change the bath tap. I was advertised to two jobs but he did not finish it. My heating was not working. I request him to fix it because of winter time. He said he will come and fix it. But he did not.
