Last week I had Dr Drop come over for three issues: 1. Leak under the kitchen sink 2. Shower draining slow 3. Toilet not filling properly He arrived on time, diagnosed everything fast, and explained what he was doing in simple terms. The sink leak was from a worn seal, which he replaced. He cleared and flushed the shower drain, now it flows normally. Replaced the toilet fill valve and the noise is gone. The whole job took about 1 hour. He worked clean, was polite, and didn’t try to sell anything extra. The price was fair and exactly what he quoted. Overall, really good experience.

It was pleasure to meet this gentleman, he is doing excellent job.
