True to his word, Bart investigated the fault thoroughly, sourced the parts quick ly and then worked tirelessly to finish the works to a high standard; exceeding our expectations. Throughout he was polite yet low key in our house whilst we worked from home; being sure to keep us up to date with progress - if you want someone who ticks all the boxes then Bart is your person! To the extent that we are now intending to use Bart for other works we have planned. Highly recommend!
