James was very informative and gave very reasonable and transparent pricing, completed all work very efficiently and was very responsive and attentive to calls out afterwards when there were any queries.

We recently had a problem with our bathtub and called in a plumber to fix it. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The plumber was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to explain the issue and the steps he was taking to resolve it, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything has been working perfectly since. While the job took a bit longer than initially expected, this was only a minor issue and did not detract from the overall positive.
