James came out free of charge to take a look at our constantly overflowing Megaflow cylinder and having identified the problem he gave us both fix and replace options. We decided on replace and James recommended an alternative cheaper but equal in quality and performance cylinder to our CV old one. Work was quickly completed with no mess with James taking greR care to cover the landing carpet. He also modified and refitted airing cupboard shelving at no extra cost and invoiced us exactly as quoted.
