  An excellent experience with Nigel. He was reliable, hardworking, and very easy to communicate with. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done. Nigel was professional, knowledgeable, and took real pride in his work. He worked efficiently and ensured the job was completed properly without cutting corners. We’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and skilled drain expert.

  No fuss, job done!

  Drain Xpert did a great job of clearing the blockage. They showed us that the problem was ingress of tree roots on the camera and advised regarding how the problem could be rectified. Reasonable price for a quick call out. I would definitely recommend them.

  Really pleased with the work carried out by DrainXpert. They turned up when they said they would, explained everything clearly and got straight to work. The team were polite, professional and left everything clean and tidy once the job was finished. The standard of work was excellent and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Communication throughout was spot on and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing drainage work.

  Friendly, straightforward and worked to our budget

  Nigel came out to fit a soakaway for an extension we'd had built. He was friendly and easy to deal with from the start, took the time to understand what we needed, and worked with us to get it done within our budget. No pushiness and no surprise costs, just a straightforward approach and a tidy job. Would happily use him again and recommend him to anyone needing similar work.
