  Issue Resolved Within 30 minutes

  Draineorx Scotland attend our home due to blocked toilet. 10 out of 10 from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Issue resolved within 30 minutes. I must add this job was previously assessed by another plumbing company who were on the house all of 2 minutes and contacted my insurance company with a whole list of requirements prior to removing the blockage. As previously mentioned Kieran from draineorx had resolved it in November time.

  The boys came the same day as I spoke to them and confirmed there and then what the issue was. As promised they e-mailed a quote for the work to be carried out the same night which was a reasonable cost for the work to be done. If I ever need this type of service again I would not hesitate to get back in touch with them.

  Kieran responded quickly about a blocked drain. He arrived as arranged to assess the job, on time. Recieved speedy estimate and quote. Good communication. Job carried out and completed on time. Fast & efficient service. Would highly recommend.
