Our main waste drain blocked on Sunday afternoon. I called Drains Today at 8am on Monday morning and they were at my house just after 10am. The problem was resolved with the minimum of disruption and the cost was exactly what I was advised beforehand. Steve was friendly, professional and told me exactly what he was doing and why. I can't think of anything that would have improved the service we received.

An outside drain was full of foul waste and overflowing. Drains Today were very understanding and arrived within a couple of hours. Great communication. Very professional and thoughtful about how they approached my property and how they would access the drain. The job was swiftly sorted and the area was cleaned and tidied up. I am very thankful to Drains Today for coming and resolving this very unpleasant matter. I highly recommend Drains Today.

I received excellent service, absolutely fault free. The no hassle and painfree approach was highly appreciated. They cleared the blockage and explained the reason for the blockage. As well as clearing the blockage they cleaned up the mess left from the oveflowing sewage. I highly recommend them - true professionalism.
