10 Unblocking a kitchen sink and a toilet

The lady on the phone was very helpful and efficient for our urgent call for help, and within a couple of hours 2 professional and polite young men attended and resolved both problems in a short time, leaving both areas clean and tidy. Absolutely first class service. I called at 8.30am and the phone was answered by a very polite and helpful lady who managed to get 2 technicians to come to my house at lunchtime on the same day. The technicians arrived around midday and fixed the problems. They were exremely polite and efficient. I could not have been happier with the service. Thoroughly recommended. Great job, we had blocked drain meaning we couldn't flush our toilets, use the sinks etc. We called Drains in Motion on a Sunday and they arrived within 30 mins. Drain was cleared within 10 minutes. We had been let down by another company that had promised to come out that evening, and I called Drains in Motion back to see if they would be able to attend as our waste was blocked and we couldn't use the loo. They arrived when they said they would and managed to clear the drain, also checking other drains and giving us some advisories.
