Drains Ahead provided a quick and competitive quote for unblocking my drain. It was very simple to arrange a booking and the service was flawless. I was away at the time and left instructions. When I came home from work the drain was no longer blocked and functioning again as normal. Drains Ahead followed up to confirm the work had been completed including photos of the steps that were taken. The invoice price exactly matched the original estimate too with no hidden surprises. Toilet kept blocking up Drains Ahead came unblocked toilet found limescale was the problem they cleared this and found a cracked pipe which they fixed. Guys were great and Dave the boss kept me informed at all times about the work. During the time they were doing the work one of the men broke a plastic roof dome this was a complete accident. Dave and the guys could not have been more helpful getting this fixed. I would recommend Drains Ahead to anyone thanks Dave and your team for a great job at a fair price

My kitchen sink was severely blocked for over two weeks. I had previously called a plumber out but the suggested I went to my management company as I live in a block of flats and the issues might not necessarily be from my flat. So Drain Ahead were sent to rescue!! A lovely guy named Kieran showed up with all his machinery and began feeding a cable down through my pipe work, the first attempt wasn’t successful so he had to get a longer cable to feed further into the stack and it worked!! I felt so relieved!! I cannot rate this service enough, Kieran was incredibly professional and friendly!

We moved into the house 12 months ago. Drains had always run a bit slow butbthen started to bakc up recently. Previous owners had no drawings of drainage. Dave +1 came out and cleared the problem (stones) and then carried out a full cctv survey providing video and drawing. Reasonable charging.
