Very friendly and easy to deal with. He was very quick to arrive and sorted it in no time. Checked the other drains in the house before leaving. Let me know upfront a likely cost and stuck to it. Very reasonable too.

Mark and his colleague arrived incredibly promptly, and gave an estimated cost ahead of arriving. They sorted out the blocked drain and checked everything was running smoothly multiple times.

Great communication, offered to come a day earlier if it suited me; it didn't as it happened, but it was great to be offered the possibility. Turned up at the allocated time, very polite and considerate. Unblocked the drain as expected then happily checked the rest and found another that was blocked and sorted that one out too without any additional charge. Very happy to recommend these guys to anyone, first class job from start to finish 😁
