Drain Rescue are superb, they worked quickly and efficiently to unblock the sewer pipe serving the block of maisonettes I live in. Cost was explained before work started and was very reasonable for the quality of service they offer. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would certainly use them again.

Doug was extremely responsive. He answered the call at my first attempt and was at the property within 3 hours as promised. He explained what he was doing throughout and cleared the blockage promptly. He also put a camera down the drain to establish a cause of the blockage. In doing so, this confirmed that there was not structural fault with the private drain but highlighted some potential causes in the public main (which is the responsibility of SW). Overall, very pleased (and impressed) with the level of service. Would happily recommend.
