  From the outset Sam and his team were professional in their communication with us, and competitive with their quotation. On the day of the job they arrived punctually and with ample manpower to carry out the repair swiftly and tidily. When it later became apparent that a minor adjustment to the piping was required, they returned without any fuss and carried out the adjustment, in the pouring rain, to our satisfaction. We have been delighted with the standard of workmanship and commitment at all stages, and have no hesitation in recommending Drainquick.

  Drain Quick Ltd responded to our enquiry within 24 hours and arranged a site survey within 2 days. The survey revealed excessive root growth in the soakaway pipes and they explained the remedial action required with full quotes. The work was carried out within a few days with new pipe work and soakaway pit installed. Their work was of a VERY high standard, carried out by them in an extremely pleasant and efficient manner and the ground etc restored to our complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough for their prompt response and excellent work. Many thanks, Sam!

  Prompt response, arrived when agreed , everything was explained fully. The survey was though and the final report was very comprehensive. All in all, a very positive experience from Sam and his partner.

  Drain block

  I recieved a call from Sam within 10 mins of posting my job request on checkatrade, Sam was very clear in how the job would be looked at and explained everything well. I explained i would need a report as it had been a request from potential house buyer, Sam wad able to provide a full report for me. He was able to do the job a couple of days later. Sams communication was great, he was professional, showed and explained what was wrong, and was quick to sort it. I would highly recommend. Thank you

  blocked drains cleared

  The guys did a super job of identifying the source of blockage in sewerage pipe that was backing up into our drains (unpleasant!), and unblocking it. Really efficient and friendly, doing a great job :-) Thank you. Honest, upfront and reasonable pricing for work carried out too, with no hidden extras.

  Repair and replacement waste pipe fitted with groundworks and new concrete.

  Sam and Pete answered my checkatrade add very quickly and gave a quote same day after I sent video and photos of work to be carried out. Very competetive price given. Pete arrived promptly a few days later. He compleyed the work and kept me informed of progress. All communication was timely and polite. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend this service.
