I contacted the company through their website chat and quickly arranged a convenient time for a visit. We called them Monday 9am, they had arrived by 10.30am. Professional job done by their friendly engineer using a self contained high pressure hose, rather than the metal rod / brute force used by another company on a previous occasion. Competitive price (eventually). Highly recommend.

Quick response and good communication. The plumber managed to come to our North London showroom and unblock the toilet within 1.5 hours. The issue was resolved efficiently. Quite expensive, but overall a reliable and professional service.
