The company were completely reliable and efficient and clearly knowledgeable, with any issues arriving during the process being dealt with . We were kept informed at every stage of the process, the team were polite and pleasant and they tidied up at the end. Really cannot fault them and would use them again.

Louis and Ben turned up and got stuck straight in. They said it would be done within two days and it was, trench dug, pipes fitted and connected up to house and Septic Tank, backfilled. You'd hardly know they had been, very clean and tidy. Louis and Ben were very easy to work with, polite, knowledgeable and hardworking.

Matt carried out a drain survey for me as there was suspected drain damage. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he did the survey for me and confirmed that there was damage, he showed me on screen and explained everything to me, he then went on to explain that the damaged drain was actually owned by Severn Trent and was there responsibility which I thought was extremely honest if him, he could of easily try to talk me into having the work done privately by his company. I contacted Severn Trent and they have agreed to complete the work, can't recommend Matt highly enough! Thanks!

I found Drain Lining Solutions to be highly professional. Matt attended on a Saturday morning to review the situation. He identified areas of concern and offered sound advice to resolve the issue. They were flexible when booking a slot to carry out the repairs. The damaged gully was excavated and replaced with the downpipe and hopper head also replaced with new pipework. The weather was not ideal, but the team worked through it. They are highly skilled in their trade. They conducted themselves like gentleman and ensured the site was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this firm to others.
