David was a complete professional, very pleasant, explained the issue and was very tidy, helpful and price was competitive. I would use David again without a second thought and highly recommend his service to others.

Called Dave in the morning and he turned up later that afternoon - exactly when he said he would and he also let me know when he was en route. It was a very tricky problem with both toilet and shower outlets blocked plus back-up in the main sewer. After trying several different methods and techniques the toilet was successfully unblocked and so was the main sewer. Dave also gave me some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. I'd definitely use him again.

David arrived on time and completed the survey using his ingenuity and experience to overcome some initial difficulties. The survey report was delivered promptly thereafter.
