Dean knew exactly what the problem was. He came within twenty four hours from my call. He unblocked the ‘U’ bend, flushed through the pipework and showed me camera vidio of the clean pipework within 30 minutes of arriving.

I had an ACO drain not running away. I assumed in ran into a soakaway, and Dean initially attempted to jet it through, but soon realised there was no soakaway and it ran straight to rainwater drainage. After inspecting manholes above and below the property, Dean realised the main drain was blocked and jetted it through to clear it. He then also jetted downstream as it was still slow to run away. Finally the drain system was cleared. Fantastic job!

It us really difficult to add anything else to the reviews already left. Dean is the best man for the job. He came round within the hour. Even though our manhole was not accessable Dean found a other solution to clear our drains. He could gave just walked away but perservered until the job was done. Genuinely nice guy as well. Dean will always be our first and only call if we have drain problems.

Dean did a fantastic job unblocking our drains and clearing a fat berg at a fair price. Highly recommended and would definitely be using him again in future.
