Can't rate Dave, Liam, and team highly enough. We felt fully taken care of at every step of our enquiry, from helping us identify what sewerage system we had, to troubleshooting a failing pump, and mobilising a tanker just incase we needed to be "pumped out of trouble" to save a family gathering. Fantastic customer service backed by over 30 years experience in the trade, these guys really know their stuff. We'll definitely be having the team back to clean and help maintain our foul water pumping station in future. Thank you so much.

Drain Gain from Wallingford came out really quickly and worked so hard to clear my drains. Thank you so much

They sent a camera up the drain to help diagnose repeated blockages. However they were unable to get the camera to the blockage. Despite this failure they still charged me £165 and refused to leave my house before payment was received. Very intimidating and I will not use them again. Engage with caution.

Steve was courteous, professional, and got the job done with lots of advice. Not cheap but great service never is.

Liam couldn’t have been more helpful, the survey was carried out really quickly and he was very helpful discussing everything. Gave excellent advice at really short notice as I had some urgent questions. Absolutely recommend and we will use Draingain going forward. Thank you for all your help.
