Steve promptly arrived and hunted down our missing manhole cover within 15 minutes. He quickly identified which stack had a blockage and blasted through to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company.

We had a big issue with our toilets and sinks backing up and the outside drains were clogged, Dave came out same day to complete the work and did an amazing job and they are as good as new, top man and company!

I submitted request for help on Sunday. Draingain called at 7:15 on Monday, and appreciated our anxiety (I am 83 with heart failure, my wife is 81). They agreed to come the very next day, and did come first thing on Tuesday morning, and sorted the problem calmly without any fuss. They also assured us that the elderly pump was still in good condition and no need for replacement. DrainGain was professional, caring; no pressure on us for extra work or new equipment. Their fee was very reasonable, very much lower than later quotes from other firms, which couldn't come for anothe 10 days!!
