Nick was fantastic. What seemed like a simple blockage that I thought might be 'simple' to fix, though needed a professional, turned out to be a deeper and trickier problem to solve. Nick used all of his skills to hunt down, investigate and solve the problem. Through all that he was punctual, courteous, informative, efficient and above all effective.
