Personable, superb service. Really delighted I chose this company over several others I contacted, including nationwide companies. I hoped to get an engineer who was local, knowledgeable, experienced and adaptable according to my needs and this is exactly what Alex was like. Really grateful to Alex for fixing an issue with an outside drainage pipe that kept getting blocked. He cleared the blockage, took out the broken interceptor/ trap and installed a new straight pipe to ensure the water would flow.
