I called Alex from drain flow services to unblock our drains, which were very blocked as the water was rising in all our toilets when flushing. Communications were great and Alex unblocked all the drains around the property very quickly, which resolved all the issues with the toilets. Good communication throughout from booking, arrival time, to assessment of issue and possible review & remedial actions. Camera survey showed our part of the drain run shared with our neighbour was blocked with material excavated by rat activity, taken residence in an unused tributary off our manhole. Alex & John carefully cleared the considerable amount of material & sealed the unused tributary. Further advised on report for Thames Water to clear onward run to street sewer.
