9.67 Blocked drainage pipe resolved

Really grateful to Alex for fixing an issue with an outside drainage pipe that kept getting blocked. He cleared the blockage, took out the broken interceptor/ trap and installed a new straight pipe to ensure the water would flow. Excellent service, arranged a time and a date which was met. Despite issues with lifting a new manhole cover which was cemented in the works were carried out without an issue. Kept informed throughout the work. The works area was cleaned afterwards. A well done job.
