Fabulous service. Turned up at very short notice and earlier than expected. The technician was extremely polite and very efficient. There was also no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fixed a kitchen leak going into old iron pipe.

We had a leak which no one wanted to touch. The insurance company said no, and the plumber we called out made an excuse and left. And then we met Andrew from DrainDoctor. He told it like it was and let us know the possible outcomes before he started. We had some great chat during the work and he left us leak free. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will definitely use them again. Peace of mind is priceless.

Brandon from Drain Doctor was absolutely brilliant and so helpful and friendly when he visited. He quickly and professionally unblocked the drain and kept me informed every step of the way. He is a credit to the company and I am so grateful to him. Jonny who took my initial call was also extremely helpful. I highly recommend Drain Doctor and will certainly use them again in the future.

Attention was very prompt and several days later a proposal was received to deal with the problem. We have not gone ahead with the suggestion but may well come back to it if an alternative plan does not solve the problem.

Complete drain blockage at a local surgery,

We had a completer drain blockage at our local surgery. Drain doctor attended and cleared all of the drains and system until it was perfect. The workman, Adam Travell was great to work with, polite and considerate with all customers. Great company and would totally recommend.
