Had reoccurring issues with a drain. Had a different contractor out who cleared the problem but didn’t diagnose the issue. This reoccurred. Called Drain Doctor out who were extremely efficient from start to finish. Told me exactly what the issue was. Competitively priced for both an unblock and repair work. Talked me through each stage of what was needed. Found tree roots in the line which they were able to remove and repair the drain with minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.

They were very quick and got the job done as an emergency, at a tricky time of year when it's not easy to get anyone to do anything so for that I accept paying a premium. However it's not my first situation with blocked drains so I do know I could I think have got it done cheaper. But cheap and quick aren't necessarily the same thing.

Spoke on phone and it was understood right away what my problem was someone was here in 2 hours or so the lad didn’t have to do anything as my neighbours was blocked too and very honestly advised it was a Yorkshire water problem, if you want honesty and reliability this is the company to call, thank you drain doctor.

Wouldn’t recommend. Had someone from drain doctor come out for a blocked drain, the engineer couldn’t get the blockage out and said we would need the garden digging up to fix the issue and left the garden an absolute state with waste water and toilet roll down the garden and didn’t clean it up. Had another company out who fixed the issue in about 10 seconds and said they didn’t even know what the engineer from drain doctor had actually done to resolve the issue. The company who fixed the blocked drain also cleaned up the mess left by drain doctor. So for blocked drains I would look else where

Engineer was on time, professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. Kept me in the loop at all times and received a courtesy call from their management team following completion of the work to make sure I was 100% happy. Stellar service from start to finish - highly recommend!
