James from draindoctor visited us to help resolve/understand why we were having slow drainage in some places in our house. James was polite and did a fantastic job to identify where the blockage was coming from and what caused the issue. The cause was found and removed with speed. Andy attended my home in the Bath area to address a major sink blockage that was in an inaccessible part of the plumbing.
