They did a great job, it turned out to be a bit more complicated than it looked at first and they made sure it was all done properly.

Responded quickly and came out at 9pm on a Saturday, which we really appreciated. Got the job done efficiently and explained everything clearly and patiently. Very friendly, professional, and considerate. Made a stressful situation much easier. Would happily use again and recommend

Rang Drain Doctor talked 2 a luvly lady called Sharon said i needed help with a SVP Pipe which was in my food cupboard & had bn leaking! She said sum1 wud be with me later that same day! Paul arrived checked the pipe 4 me, checked the main drain for blockages, Paul rang taps toilets wer flush'd even the washer went on! he stayd till he knew the the pipe stayd dry & it give me peace of mind knowing that the camara he'd used showed no blockage in my pipes 2 cause the problem again, id have no problem telling any1 if you need help call this firm ther a 💯 brilliant at what they do!!!

Large parts of the survey were abandoned due to there being sediment in the pipes, and the mapping of pipes was significantly incorrect including location of covers. After paying DD and contacting other companies for follow up quotes, they all said the survey had not been completed properly and the drains had not been jetted properly. Ended up having to redo the job with another firm who did the survey properly first time, and mapped the drains accurately. Waste of time and money using DD - would strongly avoid.
