I called on Saturday and was given the option of a few different time slots. I was kept informed prior to the technician arriving and everything (free call out, no obligation quote etc.) was clearly explained. When the technician, Scott, arrived he was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. He showed us what was causing the issue and even spoke to Northumbrian Water on our behalf to ensure future works would be carried out to prevent further issues. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor; they have been efficient, effective, fairly priced and are clearly very customer orientated.
