Initially it waa difficult to get in touch as they only had a phone number which meant I couldn’t text my query/ or a live chat option and as a deaf person that was annoying but once a family member called in for me (not ideal or allows me to be independent - a lesson here for you folks!) they were quick to text me and once Joe arrived within the hour (impressed) - he was courteous, helpful and obviously experienced. He was in and out within an hour. £280 paid for this service and even helped clean up! He was patient and communicated very well! Also thank you to Sharon, the weekend handler!

Sharon kept me informed by phone as to when the engineer would arrive. She was very friendly and good banter. Kev arrived and within an hour he successfully unblocked the drain. Again he was friendly and helpful and did his job well. Appreciate the service I received.

Engineer turned up within half a day and gave a diagnosis of the fault, work needed and cost. Work was completed to a high standard and Jordan was very personable and communicated throughout the job so that I understood what he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend and use again.
