Kev was spot on and sorted the job in a short time and was pleasant and well/mannered

We called out Drain Doctor after we noticed our outside drains failing to drain properly and starting to overflow- someone was with us in well under an hour (on a Saturday morning), cracked on diagnosing and fixing the problem and we were back to normal within a couple of hours. The place was left really clean afterwards, no complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone having similar trouble

I’m really pleased with the service I received from Drain Doctor today. Sharon, the call handler, was friendly, helpful, and clearly explained the whole process. Paul, the technician, called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly unblocked my drain and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. From start to finish, the service was prompt, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Drain Doctors are absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful. Sharon took my call and she was absolutely amazing even when busy tried everything possible to get someone out understood my dilemma and how important it was. I couldn’t recommend drain doctor enough. They were able to sort a same day appointment for me and Sharon kept me updated throughout the day as to when to expect them. I also got a call from Kevin the technician before his arrival. I felt like he really understood the issue and did everything possible to fix it quickly rather than other companies I’ve felt have prolonged the job if on an hourly rate. Kevin was polite, professional and courteous of my home. He cleaned up after and made sure the bathroom was in a suitable state for us. He’s an asset to you guys! Please pass on our thanks!
